The Pool

The fully screened Swimming pool is 26 x 13 feet, it has an adjoining raised Spa/Jacuzzi, the ideal place to relax in after a hectic day at the theme parks. The pool has extensive decking and is south west facing for day long sunshine and those magnificent Floridian sunsets. Enjoy the thrill of a moonlit dip in your own illuminated pool, or savour the peace and tranquillity whilst sitting out star gazing and enjoying a refreshing cold drink.
The Pool/Spa can be heated if required at an additional charge, this will only be necessary during the cooler months.
A full set of luxury upholstered pool/patio furniture is provided with comfy reclining sun loungers and dining furniture, and a selection of swim aids for the childrens enjoyment. The pool is visible from the family room, dining room, kitchen, nook and master bedroom so mum and dad can easily keep their eyes on the children. As an additional safeguard all doors leading to the pool area are fitted with a pool alarm.
The rear of the property is landscaped to provide a pleasant and private environment.
